Airport: Los Cabos International Airport in San Jose del Cabo, Mexico

**IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO APPLY TO YOUR PASSPORTS EARLY! It is not a quick process and we would love for everyone to be ready to go and not be stressed about last minute passport applications. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A PASSPORT THAT DOES NOT EXPIRE WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF TRAVEL DATES**

IMPORTANT HOTEL INFORMATION: You MUST stay at Hotel Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas. This is where the wedding will be held at. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please make sure you are booking at the correct hotel as there are other Riu Palace hotels. With that being said, booking at Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas does give you access to other Riu properties to explore at your leisure.

BOOKING: We ask that you please book directly through our wedding website that we have linked. We have our personal travel agency partnered with Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas to work with the lowest prices available with NO HIDDEN FEES.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION: It is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED that you pay the additional fee for the shuttle to and from the airport to the hotel. It is not advised to take any other form of transportation such as a taxi or uber. This is recommended for your own safety. The shared shuttle is a cheaper option but please note it will make additional stops at other hotels.

PLEASE NOTE THE HOTEL HAS A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.

WE ARE NOT HAVING A TRADITIONAL WEDDING RECEPTION. It will be an intimate ceremony with all of our guests followed by a private dinner at one of the hotel restaurants for everyone. The hotel is all inclusive so all food and drink expenses are at no additional cost once booking your stay!

PLEASE RSVP NO LATER THAN APRIL 10th 2025! Payments can be made on your trip the sooner you book. We must have our guest list finalized by then.
